Lipodissolve is liposuction without the cuts or the suctioning of the melted fat from the area to be treated. This type of liposuction uses what they call a demosonic fat reduction machine that is use on the part of the body that is injected with lipodissolve. The demosonic fat reduction machine which acts like ultra sound is used at the start of the liposuction treatment. The spot to be altered is treated with the reduction machine, following the reduction machine the spot is injected with lipodissolve serum and then the spot is treated again with the demosonic reduction machine.

The lipodissolve solution is made up of lecithin, a naturally occurring body compound that helps to melt fat. The lipodissolve is injected into the fatty layer underneath the skin by the surgeon.
